How Do I Begin?

Book a cushion, grab one of our blankets and a Kombucha, and let us take care of the rest. We opened Modern + Mindful because we recognized the need for a welcoming space where people can set aside 30 minutes to re-focus, re-center, and re-balance. The value of experiencing a guided meditation in our studio is that you don’t have to know what to do – we give you the safe, comfortable space, and our highly-qualified and supportive teachers guide you through each unique and fulfilling class and workshop.

Is Meditation Religious?

No. To quote Deepak Chopra, “It has nothing to do with belief or ideology or doctrine. It’s a simple mental technique to go to the source of thought.” Meditation is all about you! It facilitates your connection to your true self, who you are deep down, completely aside from who and what else is in your life. No competition, no judgment. Only authenticity and the journey.
