Overcoming the barriers, Integrating Mindfulness into the Daily Schedule
Week 3:
Focusing and relaxing, Mindful breathing
Week 4:
Using mindfulness skills to help your sleep
Week 5:
Awareness of the mind. Observing thoughts
Week 6:
Staying with difficulties. Acceptance, 3-step breathing space
Week 7:
Mindful listening, connecting each other as “who they are/I am”.
Week 8:
Mindful communication
