Silence. Connection. Retreat. Recharge. Prioritize.
Begin 2020 with the tools for a calm and productive mindset. Connection and silence are both vital to human happiness, and this retreat offers the balance of both. Set amidst 20 acres of private land in Bragg Creek, we will begin our retreat with reflection time in the trees, soaking up all of the benefits from nature. It is the ideal way to unwind from the drive out before we move inside for moments of connection with the other humans present.
In a phone free environment, removed from daily distractions, we are available to connect with others, and we will work through a few exercises that have been scientifically proven to foster and develop a greater sense of connection to others, and to yourself.
A relaxing guided meditation and gentle movement will follow, to set the mind for the final hour in silence. Journal, continue in silent meditation, forest bath, or mentally reflect during the rare gift of an hour of pure silence.
We will close the retreat in optional connection around a cozy winter fire outside of the cabin.
