2:10-2:30- Forest Bath- taking in all of the benefits of being in pure nature
2:35-2:45- A nourishing snack inside the majestic log cabin
2:45-3:15- Guided Meditation with Matt Kelemen
3:20- 4pm- Discussion and Journal Time to review and assess your 2019 goals and resolutions
4pm- 4:30- optional campfire before the journey back to Calgary
